Tremsil® 400

Tremsil 400 is a premium, single-component silicone sealant engineered to create watertight seals for expansion joints and general perimeter caulking. It is a neutral-cure, medium-modulus silicone which means it cures without releasing corrosive substances (like acetic acid) and has moderate stiffness, allowing it to flex under movement. This sealant is suitable for dynamic joints — those that expand and contract with temperature changes, structural shifts, or wind load. It comes in a wide selection of standard colors to match architectural finishes.

• Broad Utility: Works well for window, door, and expansion joint sealing; fits perimeter caulking of frames, precast and tilt-up panels, etc.
