Return Policy for Construction Supplies

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. All returns and exchanges can be facilitated at the cash register in our retail showroom. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required at the time of return or exchange.
  • Original Payment Method: The original form of payment must be presented for refunds.
  • Product Condition:
    • Items must be in their original packaging and unused to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
    • Opened or used items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
    • All returns are subject to inspection.
Building Materials
  • Materials that have been left outdoors or exposed to the elements, resulting in damage or unsellable conditions, cannot be returned.
Defective Items
  • Items that are defective due to manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please report any defects as soon as possible.
General Return Guidelines
  • All special orders and clearance items are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • A 25% restocking fee will apply to non-defective items returned.
Identification and Acceptance

We reserve the right to request valid identification prior to accepting returns and may limit or refuse returns of certain merchandise.

In-Store Purchases
  • Items purchased in-store must be returned to the same location within 30 days with the original sales receipt.
  • Refunds for in-store purchases will be processed as follows:
    • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card.
    • Cash: Refunded in cash.
Online Purchases
  • Items purchased online can be returned in-store within 30 days.<
  • Please bring the item(s), Order Number (e.g., ISOD10116806), and a copy of the Order Confirmation Email.
  • Refunds for PayPal purchases will be credited back to your PayPal account.
  • Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition.
Safety Notice

Due to safety concerns, items that are hazardous or contain flammable materials cannot be returned via courier. Please return these items in-store or contact our Customer Care team for instructions.

Return Policy Exceptions
  • Gift cards and store credits cannot be exchanged or returned for cash.
  • Inspect all items thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, refuse the item before signing the delivery receipt and report any defects within 48 hours.
Used Equipment

Used equipment will be repaired, if possible, under the manufacturer's warranty through an authorized service center. For assistance, please contact our Customer Care team.
