T1000® Fine Overlay is a premium, polymer-modified, cementitious resurfacing material formulated for restoring and texturing stable, non-moving concrete surfaces with a smooth or lightly textured decorative finish. Packaged in 55-pound (25 kg) bags, each unit yields approximately 96 square feet (2.2 m²) at a 1/16" (1.5 mm) thickness when mixed properly with water. Designed for interior and exterior use on floors and hardscapes, T1000® Fine Overlay is ideal for a wide range of application techniques, including smooth trowel, broom finish, splatter brush, or spray application using a hopper gun. It can be applied in a single layer at thicknesses ranging from 1/16" (1.5 mm) to 3/16" (4.5 mm), depending on the desired aesthetic and surface condition. Available in Cement Gray and Cement White, and fully compatible with Uni-Mix® Color Packs and Butterfield Color® stains or stencils, it provides an extremely versatile solution for creating decorative, durable concrete finishes. For optimal results and adhesion, use in conjunction with T1000® Primer.
