KING-100
Epoxy Floor Coating is a premium two-component, 100% solids epoxy system
designed to provide a durable, high-gloss, crystal-clear finish for both
residential and commercial concrete floors. The kit consists of Part A (Resin -
2 Gallons) and Part B (Hardener - 1 Gallon), which are pre-measured to achieve
the correct 2:1 mixing ratio.
Once mixed,
the epoxy creates a tough, seamless coating that protects concrete from
abrasion, chemicals, moisture, stains, and everyday wear while delivering a
professional-looking finish. It is ideal for use as a clear coating over
decorative concrete, epoxy flake systems, metallic epoxy floors, or as a
protective coating on plain concrete.
The two
components must be thoroughly mixed together for at least 3 minutes, ensuring
the sides and bottom of the mixing container are scraped continuously to
achieve a uniform mixture. Once mixed, immediately pour the material onto the
floor and spread evenly using a rubber squeegee, followed by a lint-free epoxy
roller for a smooth, consistent finish. Proper mixing is essential for the
epoxy to cure correctly and achieve maximum strength.
