MT Resurfacer™ is a polymer-modified micro-topping that mixes easily with water to restore worn or blemished concrete surfaces. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, it creates a durable, abrasion-resistant finish that renews tired flooring without the need for full replacement. Available as both Base Coat and Finish Coat in cement gray, this versatile overlay breathes new life into old slabs, making them ready for color customization or staining.

• The MT Resurfacer™ is available in two different grades: Base Coat and Finish Coat, both provided in a cement gray color. Each is packaged in 25 lb (11.3 kg) bags, and both are polymer-modified micro-toppings that mix with clean water—no separate liquid activator is needed.
  Base Coat Specifications:
  The Base Coat is designed to be applied at a thickness of 1/16 inch to 1/8 inch (approximately 1.6 mm to 3.2 mm).
• At a 1/16 inch (1.6 mm) thickness, one 25 lb bag covers approximately 96 square feet (or 8.9 square meters).
• It serves as a strong foundational layer and can also act as a final surface where desired.

Finish Coat Specifications:

• The Finish Coat is applied at a thinner range, between 1/32 inch and 1/16 inch (approximately 0.8 mm to 1.6 mm).
• Like the base coat, it also covers about 96 square feet (8.9 m²) per 25 lb bag at 1/16 inch application thickness.
• It’s used to refine surface texture, smooth out imperfections, or prepare the surface for color treatment.
