Constock ties

Constock Ties are heavy-duty steel form-ties used in concrete wall formwork systems to maintain the correct spacing between form panels while poured concrete is placed. They serve to both resist the lateral pressure of fresh concrete and to ensure a consistent wall thickness.
They are typically installed through the form panels, secured with a wedge-bolt or similar fastening device, and after the concrete has set the protruding portion of the tie is broken off or cut flush with the wall surface.

• Designed for accurate wall thickness control because the tie maintains the panel spacing during the concrete pour.
• Built to endure the pressure of wet concrete, helping prevent form deformation or failure during placement.
• Available in multiple lengths to match various wall thicknesses and form types (for example 10 inch, 14 inch, 22 inch, etc).
• After form removal, the tie’s end breaks back (or cut) to leave a clean wall surface, simplifying finishing.

• Used in commercial and industrial concrete wall construction where large-scale, heavy-duty formwork is required.
• Suitable for foundation walls, structural walls, tilt-up panels, and any cast concrete wall where precise spacing and robust form‐tie support are needed.
• Works with form systems that accept flat steel ties rather than loop or rod ties.
