ChemMasters Safe-Cure® & Seal 309

Safe-Cure® & Seal 309 is a water-based, styrene-acrylate copolymer curing and sealing compound designed for both fresh and existing concrete surfaces. It forms a clear, medium-gloss film that effectively cures fresh concrete to ASTM C309 standards, ensuring optimal strength development while minimizing drying shrinkage cracking. Additionally, it protects concrete surfaces from freeze/thaw cycles, deicing chemicals, dirt, and other contaminants. This low-odor, low-VOC (<100 g/L) formulation is suitable for both interior and exterior applications, offering easy cleanup and compatibility with most resilient floor covering adhesives.
