AnchorFix‑1 is a high-performance, two-component, fast-curing anchoring adhesive designed for structural applications in uncracked concrete, masonry, natural stone, and rock. It’s an ideal solution for professionals needing secure anchoring of rebars, threaded rods, bolts, and specialized fasteners. Polymerized through a convenient static mixer nozzle, AnchorFix‑1 delivers secure, non-sag bonding—even in overhead installations.
Features
Rapid Cure Times — Achieves a firm hold in just 35–50 minutes (20–30 °C); faster at higher temps, slightly longer in cold conditions
Styrene-free Polyester Resin — Low-odour formulation safe for use in confined spaces
High Load Capacity — Outstanding strength; surpasses concrete in many applications
Versatile Application Temperatures — Cures from –10 °C to +40 °C; cartridges must be between +5 °C and +40 °C
Non‑Sag & Overhead Ready — Thixotropic formula with 3 mm max layer thickness; ideal for vertical or ceiling mounting
Compatible with Standard Caulk Guns — Fits 26:1 thrust ratio guns; effortless application
ETA-Certified (ETAG 001 Annex 1 & 5) — Conforms to EU standards for structural anchoring in non-cracked concrete
Heat Resistance — Stable long-term up to +50 °C; short-term exposure tolerates +80 °C
Suitable for concrete, masonry (solid/hollow), natural stone, and solid rock
Applications
Surface Preparation: Drill hole to correct depth/diameter, clean thoroughly with blown air or washer (≥2 cycles). Ensure hole is dry and free of debris .
Cartridge Prep: Warm cartridge to ≥+5 °C. Unscrew cap, puncture internal seal, attach static mixer, and begin dispensing. Discard first few pushes to ensure uniform mix
Injection & Insertion: Inject resin from bottom to fill hole; insert anchor slowly, twisting to expel air. Observe open-time limits.
Curing & Loading: Let cure fully before loading: 35–50 min typical; longer delays for colder temperatures.
