Certi-Vex® Guard Clear AIM is a premium low-VOC, solvent-based concrete cure and seal solution that combines a high-gloss, non-yellowing acrylic coating with a penetrating silane water repellent. Designed for both new and existing concrete surfaces, this innovative one-step formula cures fresh concrete while providing long-term protection against water intrusion, chloride penetration, freeze-thaw damage, deicing chemicals, and staining. The penetrating silane reacts within the concrete pores to form a hydrophobic barrier, while the acrylic membrane enhances durability and appearance
